发展城市旅游以提升旅游民生

旅游的民生性越来越得到重视,城市旅游的发展是旅游民生推进的重要体现,两者的交融决定了采取可行性的开发策略将起着重要的积极作用。文章分析了当今城市旅游的现状,结合当今实际,提出了要通过发展城市旅游以提升旅游民生,最后提出了相关政策建议。     

The Future of Managing Customers as Assets

SUMMARY

Most companies do a very poor job of determining the economic value of their customers. There are three primary reasons that this has been the case: (1) inadequacy of technology, (2) managements' internal focus on products (as opposed to customers), and (3) inadequacy of accounting systems. Each of these areas, however, has undergone rapid transformation in terms of their sophistication and managerial usefulness. As a result, it is manifest destiny that asset valuation and management will evolve to the evaluation of a company's most fundamental asset, its customers (i.e., customer lifetime value). Most managers have come to accept this inevitability. What managers fail to realize is just how radically an understanding of customer lifetime value will transform the business landscape. It will dramatically impact the breadth and type of data collected; the way managers view and segment customers; the types of experiences firms offer customers; the metrics executives provide to the financial markets; and the way companies structure and staff their organizations.     

A model of local labor market regulation of China in the transition period

With the establishment of labor market of China, market is playing a more and mare important role in allocation of human resources. However, with the transition of economy in China and industrial upgrading in recent years, many labor problems have occurred which do harm to the sustainable development of local economy. The paper researches on the labor market issues of China from the perspective of local labor market regulation. Firstly, it reviews the theories of local labor market regulation. And then the main components of local labor market regulation of China are identified and the evaluation index system is established. The results of analysis of the calculated output show that （1） the local labor market regulation of China has an obvious character of gradient distribution geographically and decreases gradually from east to west; （2） of all the regulations, the regulation of the development of human capital has the most significant impact on local economy currently which is followed by the regulation of labor relation and the regulation of market participation. As to the regulation of social security, it has no Significant impact on the development of local economy.     

企业扩张方式与企业短期成长速度关系的实证研究——以资源闲置作为调节变量

文章从知识视角探讨了企业扩张方式，即市场扩张和产品扩张如何与财务资源闲置、人力资源闲置共同影响企业短期成长速度。文章通过100家中国制造业上市公司的数据，对提出的一些假设进行了检验。结果表明，市场扩张方式没有单独对企业短期内的成长速度造成直接影响，产品扩张方式也没有单独对企业短期内的成长速度造成直接影响，并且企业的财务资源闲置对企业扩张方式与企业短期成长速度之间的关系具有调节作用，而人力资源闲置没有调节作用。     

天然气输送离心式压缩机组故障诊断方法研究

文章介绍了天然气输送离心式压缩机组的常见故障,分析了故障原因及特征,进而对其故障诊断技术现状进行了总结和比较,在此基础上针对输气动力设备故障的复杂性提出了应用数据挖掘技术对离心式压缩机组进行故障诊断的初步设想。     

基于我国票据市场发展的创新与思考

在经历过80年代的起步发育到90年代的规范、发展,我国票据市场近年来呈现持续快速的发展趋势,票据融资功能在金融市场中的地位日益重要,票据市场成为了货币市场重要的组成部分.本文将对我国近十年票据市场情况进行系统分析,尝试找出我国票据市场发展进程中存在的主要问题,进而对创新我国票据市场发展提出一些思考与建议.     

基于科技园平台的科技企业与市场资金结合模式研究

科技园作为区域经济发展的重要载体,越来越多地得到地方政府的大力引导、鼓励和扶持,但政府资金的公益性和有限性特征决定了科技企业必须调动市场资金参与投入,市场资金才是科技企业的投入主体。本文以科技园为中介平台,分别从科技企业与风险投资结合、与银行信贷结合的模式和策略角度,探讨了科技企业与市场资金有机结合的途径。     

Information Diffusion and Overreaction: Evidence from the Chinese Stock Market

This paper empirically examines the relation between overreaction and the speed of information diffusion in the Chinese stock market. Industry-adjusted firm size and residual analyst coverage are used to proxy the speed of information diffusion. We document strong evidence that the profitability of a monthly contrarian strategy decreases with industry-adjusted firm size or residual analyst coverage. Moreover, the profitability of contrarian strategies survives for a longer horizon for stocks with slower information diffusion than for those with faster information diffusion. This result holds true even if risk, bid-ask spread, lead-lag effect, inventory costs, and limits to arbitrage are properly accounted for. Our findings suggest that information environment and information diffusion determine the extent of overreaction.     

Regional capital mobility in China: Economic reform with limited financial integration

This paper assesses the changes in the regional capital mobility in China during the period of economic reform in 1978–2008 by employing a panel time varying coefficient (TVP) model. This approach is much more suitable to model China's evolution in the regional capital mobility than a standard structural break model as China's reforms took place gradually and were often implemented over several stages. Using the TVP model, we find that (1) China's provincial capital mobility demonstrated a moderate improvement over the sample period, but worsened temporarily between 1994 and 1997. This is probably due to the government's effort to combat inflation which reduced the investment and transfers to regions; (2) regions with the most developed and least developed provinces experienced higher degree of capital mobility improvement than those in the middle.
